This design idea is not for everyone- that is for sure! It  has a way of  making even some of the highly organized a bit hesitant to take the plunge and go door less- even cabinet less in the kitchen... exposing their everythingS for the world to see!

Consider these 3 things before making the move :

1. If you do not keep things orderly BEHIND closed doors NOW- do you really think this will help you keep things together when its all out there in the open? ...Really?
2. Have mismatched plates, bowels cups, mugs, glasses.. etc .. you get the point.
3. Thinking about selling in the next few years.

Although this style can be sleek, modern, and very "clean" looking, its can also limit the perspective buyer pool if you go to sell your home (most people like the " traditional " things).
Our recommendation is- if you are thinking about this look, make sure you have plenty of storage in lower cabinets or even a pantry for the big and bulky items! Maybe try 2 or 3 smaller shelves to display your prettiest pieces, and ... GOF FOR IT...be daring,have fun ,and send pictures!!
